Bill Mason, MBA

Bill Mason is a Managing Partner and Owner of Taylor International and, along with his brother Jim Mason, is a proud 3rd generation owner of the company. For more than 30 years Bill constructed some of the most iconic buildings on the Las Vegas Strip.

Jim Mason

Jim Mason is the Managing Partner and Owner of Taylor International and, along with his brother Bill Mason, is a proud 3rd generation owner of the company. Over 3 decades Jim has changed the skyline of Vegas through his work on the Stratosphere, the MGM grand, and the Palazzo.

Sr. Project Manager / Chief Estimator

Jorge Arroyo

Jorge Arroyo has been with Taylor for nearly two decades and, having a degree in Mechanical Engineering, serves as the resident MEP specialist. As the Chief Estimator and Taylor’s lead Senior Project Manager, he oversees all projects from conception through completion.

General Superintendent

Ed Barnett

Ed Barnett has been with Taylor for over a decade and in that time has led many high profile projects including the construction of the Downtown Grand expansion, Hershey’s Chocolate World at New York New York ranked #1 in the United Stated for Design and Construction. Serving as Taylor’s General Superintendent, Ed oversees the entire field staff.

Paul Schiminski

Paul Schiminsky has built locations across the country for the biggest names in gaming, hospitality, and retail. These projects range from 3 story F&B locations in stadiums to high tech offices in NYC. In addition to his experience, he completed his Masters Degree in Construction Management from UNLV in 2010.
